Hello, I am Rebecca Brown, I am a New England girl living the sweet life now in Florida. I have been owned by a coton de tulear since 1992. We breed, show and love our cotons. I am a former groomer and owner of two grooming salons and a former animal control officer. I have had a love for animals since the day I was born.
